Applicant requirements:
Ideally a minimum of a Level 2/3 qualification.

Attention to detail - must want to do the job right, first time, every time. Work quality is an important aspect of the role.

A 'can do' attitude, always looking to progress jobs and find solutions on project works to overcome challenges.

Must be punctual and committed, with a desire to help the business.

Solutions based - must have a positive attitude and look to work with and support the team.

Candidate must have a full UK licence for insurance purposes.

Candidate must have very good mechanical experience as will be required to do jobs on their own and be able to improvise and find solutions to mechanical and electrical issues.

Candidate needs to have an unquestioned work ethic and also the correct attitude towards work on our highly valued customers vehicles.

Quality and pace of work are very important within the workshop, ensuring the work is right first time and completed within an allocated time.

Commitment and passion for the industry is a must.

This job role is not suitable for a trainee or basic car dealership mechanics or someone who needs basic training within the automotive field.

Salary will be negotiable depending on qualification/experience.

Overtime available once established in the role.

Holiday pay and pension contribution provided.
