More Than Just A Customer
This is Marc’s RS3.
Marc lives over four hours away from us and, being in the Army, his RS3 can often sit unused for months at a time, exposed to dust and the general elements.
He’s extremely particular about his car and takes a huge amount of pride in keeping it right. In fact, we’re the only people he trusts to look after it. He won’t even wash it himself.
Marc has been a customer of ours for just over a year now. Whenever he’s down this way visiting family, he gets in touch and makes the journey to us with the RS3.
But over that time, he’s become more than just a customer.
We’ve got to know Marc, understand how particular he is with his car, the things he appreciates and, most importantly, the level of care he expects from us.
That’s something we genuinely value about what we do.
When someone trusts you with a vehicle that means a lot to them, it becomes about much more than simply cleaning it. It’s about building a relationship, earning that trust and making sure every time they return, they know their car is in safe hands. We have always ensured the vehicle is cleaned correctly, removed minor scratches and imperfections that have happened whilst he's been away, and kept it protected.
That’s the kind of customer experience we want to build at AA Valet & Detail.
