If your business reports its carbon emissions, the products you buy count towards your Scope 3 figures.

We report our own carbon across Scope 1, 2 and 3, and we can provide environmental data to support your reporting. That's useful for dealer groups, buying groups and anyone responding to a customer or tender that asks about supply chain emissions.

Three things have to appear on every compliant number plate:

• The British Standard number
• The name or trade mark of the manufacturer or supplier of the components
• The name and postcode of the supplying outlet

Worth checking that third one. Businesses move premises. Businesses get acquired. Outlet details change.
Plate markings do not update themselves, and an out of date postcode on a plate is a compliance issue rather than a typo.

If you have moved in the last few years, it is a five minute check that is worth doing.

A compliance problem we see more often than you would expect.

A plate maker meets the standard on day one. Correct acrylic, correct reflective film, correct printing method, all tested as a system.

Then a component gets substituted. Different film, different supplier, better price. Nothing else changes.

The plate looks identical. It is no longer part of a tested and certified combination.

BS AU 145e is not a box you tick once. It applies to the components you are using today, in the combination you are using them.

If you cannot get a straight answer from your supplier about whether your materials are approved together, that is your answer.

Every product we supply goes through quality testing.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, so the way we make, check and dispatch products is documented, externally audited and reviewed for improvement.

Our acrylics are cut in house on our own laser, which means we control the finish and tolerance ourselves.

We also hold ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management and ISO 45001:2018 for health and safety.

For our customers, that adds up to consistent components and BS AU 145e compliant plates, order after order.

Did you know we also supply fixing kits?

It comes up more often than you would think. A customer has been ordering plates from us for years, then mentions they get their fixings from somewhere else entirely. Separate supplier, separate delivery, separate invoice.

We stock the lot. Colour matched caps, the right lengths, the right quantities, all on the same order and the same delivery as your plates.

Nothing waiting in a drawer because the fixings turned up two days after the plates did.

If you are ordering them elsewhere, have a word with your Support Manager. It takes about five minutes to sort.

BS AU 145e is a set of tests designed to break a plate.

Abrasion. Impact. Bending. Heat. Cold. UV. Salt spray. Solvent. Reflectivity. A plate has to come through all of it before it's allowed to carry the marking.

Everything we supply is tested to that standard, and how we make and check it is governed by ISO 9001:2015.

We also cut our acrylics in house on our own laser, which means the tolerance is ours to control rather than a supplier's to explain.

A plate proves itself about three years later, still readable on an ANPR camera in February rain. The testing is what gets it there.

Did you know we can supply more than just plates?

Plenty of sites order their components from us and then buy everything else somewhere else. Fixings from one supplier, holders from another, consumables from whoever picks up the phone.

We hold all of it.

Screws, bolts, caps and adhesive pads.
Plate holders and surrounds.
Show plates and branded plates.
Workshop consumables, including our black nitrile gloves.

It all goes on the same order, in the same delivery, on the same invoice.

Every account has a named Support Manager who knows your setup, your ordering pattern and what you've had from us before. No menu options, no ticket number, no explaining your history from scratch every time you ring.
