Waiting on the compressor to free up for one more sander isn't how anyone wants to start a job.

The new Norton DAS-e is fully electric. Plug in and go. No air line, no drop in pressure halfway through a panel.

Two orbits to choose from. 5.0mm for faster cut on the bigger prep jobs, 2.5mm when the finish needs to be right first time. Front-mounted controls for one-handed operation all day, and reactive braking that stops the pad dead the second you switch off.

Dust extraction is properly effective too. The hole pattern's built for the Norton Cyclonic system, so you're not stopping every five minutes to clear a clogged disc.

If you've moved to waterborne basecoat but you're still spraying solvent-heavy primer, you've left half the VOC reduction on the table.
Most paint shops have made the switch to waterborne. The biggest single VOC source in the process is gone. But traditional solvent-based primer fillers still go on the panel underneath, often unchanged for years. Multiple coats to achieve hiding. More material, more solvent, more time in the booth.
Sinnek's PF/7040 takes the same approach to primer that waterborne took to basecoat. UHS technology, higher hiding power per litre. Tints to match the W6000 basecoat colour going over it, so you cover in fewer coats. Less material per car. Less solvent released in the booth.
Stack it with the rest of Sinnek's Low-Impact System (W6000 waterborne basecoat, CC/1700 UHS clearcoat) and you've cut VOC at every stage of the process, not just one. PF/7040 sits below 540 g/l, compliant with European Norm 2004/42/CE II(C).

Three things make or break a waterborne setup, and the paint isn't one of them.
Flash times. Gun atomisation. Air movement in the booth.
Get those three dialled in and Sinnek W6000 does what it's meant to do. Get one of them wrong and you'll spend the next six months blaming the paint.

If you're a decorator or a joiner, you've probably never thought of us.
Fair enough. Most of what we do is bodyshop supply. But the abrasives are the same product, and the bulk pricing is the same pricing.
Norton across the full grade range. MDF through to fine finishing. Decent stock, same-day on most lines locally.

Most paint defects don't start in the booth. They start at the prep phase.
Wrong disc grade. Skipped stage. A scratch missed under the primer that doesn't show up until the topcoat goes on. By then you're either spending time and effort on a spot repair or worse, stripping it back and starting again.
Norton's range is built so the prep stage is repeatable. Same grades, same sequence, same result regardless of who's on the tools.
