Daz/James Owen’s mega Es**rt RSR powered by its Duratec.

We have always calibrated/mapped this since new but now it was back with us with a few upgrades so so a remap was needed.

All controlled by its ecu after some Toovey treatment it’s as good as it’s been. 🚀😎🏁

Soooo many videos to post!!! But first up the new MAP Champs!!! 👊👊👊

Jenkos Twin Autograss Class 7 was with us a few weeks back. The 2x Gen 2 Busas were in for mapping. 😎

The ECUs originally had 2 different maps in for some reason so we changed that by mapping the front engine then just a few tweaks for the back engine to get them balanced perfectly. 👌

No piggy back Power Commander Maps here just perfect original ecu maps using software. 😎🚀🏁🥇

A fully built 1340 A Series in this one from a race car and a ecu which we fully calibrated and mapped.

Twin roof exit exhaust pipes this is definitely the best sounding A series ever 😎

How cool!! 😎

We have had this awesome Ford P100 in for calibration and mapping. This thing runs around Wales supporting road rally’s. 👌

It’s had an engine transplant now running a 24v Cosworth V6 and . Some nice twin exit side pipes to which makes this thing sounds mega. 😎

Some week!! 😅

Last of a long list on the Dyno this week and it has been with us for a bit more than just the Dyno.

Running/Starting issues with this OG Peugeot 205 Rally Car. so we talked with the customer and decided on a new wiring harness and ecu.

New engine harness made for a ecu alongside the now go to mini PDM.

Runs better than ever now the way it should be! 👌🚀

Mission Accomplished!! 👌

Can we get a newly refurbed by daily driver spec Porsche Targa with a built motor and throttle bodies to fire up from cold and drive like an everyday modern car. Yup 😎

Really enjoyed taking this one and more to come from a talk through video but we basically fitted an AT Power DBW setup and ecu, wired it then calibrated and mapped this little stunner.

Challenge was could we get it to fire on the first turn of the key, idle from cold and be able to be driven straight from cold like any modern day car.

Not only that we have built a Drive By Wire throttle strategy that makes it drive superb to.

Not every Dyno run is about power this one’s about driveability!! 👌
