This J*P V-Twin engine is one of the most legendary motorcycle powerplants of the pre-war era, renowned for its performance, reliability, and widespread use in some of the finest British motorcycles ever built. Manufactured by J.A.P. (John Alfred Prestwich Ltd.), a British engineering company founded in 1902, these engines powered countless motorcycles, racing machines, sidecar outfits, and specialty vehicles from the 1920s through the 1950s.
