🚦🚦3a + 3b TEST ENQUIRIES🚦🚦

I have had many enquiries regarding both practical tests (3a+3b) that need to be taken for C1, class 2 Rigid and Class 1 artic.
You will need the required reverse training at the start of your chosen course to firstly take the 3a reverse manoeuvre test, (taken at an approved assessors site) once this is passed you can then continue the training ready for the 3b on road test.
Once you are ready for practical training both 3a and 3b tests will be booked within the same week that your course is booked.
For your convenience/benefit and keeping training knowledge fresh we won’t split the courses into 2, ie 3a this week and 3b in 2-3weeks time. This enables you to complete your course in consecutive days and minimises stress for you.

The accreditation scheme aims to:

make sure drivers who tow a trailer have the skills, knowledge and competencies to tow safely
for those towing a trailer in connection with their work, help ensure an employer’s corporate responsibilities to make sure safe working practices are met
The scheme will provide a core module for all drivers, as well as sector specific modules for different towing activities.
