This 2016 Bailey of Bristol Pegasus Palermo was recovered to us from Perth after the owner was a victim of an arson attack.

Whilst the caravan was parked on the owners driveway with his car parked beside it the arsonist has set the car on fire absolutley writing the car off! The caravan suffered a lot of fire damage as a result, with damage to the side panel , windows , doors , bumpers and aerial etc.

This 2021 Coachman Caravans Laser 575 had a bit of a bump whilst boarding the ferry for France.

The quote was completed from the provided photographs meaning all the necessary parts could be ordered from the manufacturer, When the customer returned from their trip we could book them straight in to have the damage repaired. This meant absoluley no down time for the customer and they happily towed away on Friday onto another campsite.

This 2020 Knaus motorhome was involved in an accident and the customer approached a local repair centre to sort it out, they said they couldn't order any parts for the vehicle but they could carry out the repair if the customer acquired the bits so the customer agreed and ordered all the parts himself ! When all the parts arrived the repair centre stopped answering his phone calls and the customer was stuck with a damaged motorhome and a load of parts but no one to do it.

After a conversation with his insurance company they advised he contact us, We assessed the damage and the parts the customer had already acquired. We agreed to undertake the work and only 6 weeks after that assesment this is the result! The only job left to do is install the stickers as the ones the customer received were all blue and not grey and black like they should be. But its back on the road and looking absolutley fantastic!

This 2016 Swift Group Fairway 590 came to us from Stratford -Upon - Avon after the caravan became detached from the car and crashed causing damage to the front panel.

We replaced the AL-KO hitch head as part of the repair giving this customer the confidence to hitch up and this wouldn't happen again.

All the parts ordered directly from the manufacurer and installed according to their specification.
