In 2024 David and Liam decided to take on the challenge of opening their own workshop, after seeing a huge gap in the market for an all-in-one solution for bespoke conversions and modifications of vans and minibuses, alongside an experienced service and maintenance team. With a team total of over 50 years of experience in the commercial vehicle coachbuilding and mechanical sector, P and R Motorwor

ks provide the highest quality workmanship with a keen eye for detail. P & R is currently based in Accrington, made up of around 6 people and aim for that number to rise, with a close-knit family orientated work style. As workload continually increases and customer bases broaden, P&R are investing into research and development with an aim to concentrate on developing bespoke van conversions and mechanical maintenance to a continuous flow of vehicles.

Our lovely customer asked us to re-screw the edging on her loading ramp. Upon further inspection we found the wood to be completely rotten and in need of some TLC. Team P and R stripped back the ramp, removing all corroded materials, cleaned and serviced and checked for structural rigidity. Fitted treated wisa deck ply, attached rubber matting, sealed and refitted existing trims. Upon delivery we even got to meet the stunning Hugo. 🐴

Last week, one of our first comprehensive luxury mini coaches left the P and R factory and headed to its new owner.

This vehicle features 9 Luxury seats, built in fridge and a large boot. This vehicle is perfect for long distance touring.
