The bush had completely fallen out of this bottom arm. Causing the car to pull to one side during braking, which was obviously dangerous. We had the new one fitted within the hour and the customer back on the road.

This was the terrible state of an EGR valve on a van we did recently. And it wasn’t even in for an EGR problem. But as it had to come off anyway we gave it a good clean out in the parts washer finished off in the ultrasonic bath. Plus did I mention 2 snapped bolts 🫣🤬🤬
