This engine finds itself it various chassis, Ford Mondeo, Focus, Citroen an Peugeot vans and cars.
This engine came too us with various problems head gasket gone, head badly warped, leaking water an oil.

Top end Engine Rebuild

At no disrespect to the customer as it wasn't his doing but this is what happens when you run you cherished n loved machine on cheap fuel (95ron) .. Power engines should always use either 97ron or 99ron petrol, burnt out valves an a whole load of damage rendered the cylinder head useless.

Now the customer has a brand new top end rebuilt engine. His loved machine is now eating up the road as it was intended and advised too use the correct fuel.

One very happy customer

After it struggled to make any power on the dyno . once diagnosed found to have a worn turbo worn stem seals and a bent connecting rod .
New krs turbo . H beam rods new piston rings reconditioned cylinder head . new valve guides uprated stem seals fresh big end bearings and it's good to go for a custom remap @ 2B Performance
