Technician Required
Pay: £40.000 - £50.000 per year

We are a busy local independent garage and are looking to recruit one possibly two members of staff to work alongside our existing team of technicians.

The ideal candidate for this position should have experience with vehicle repair and maintenance.

Main duties will include:
Maintaining and repairing all makes of Car, Vans and Small Commercial Vehicles.
Carry out routine repairs to brakes, suspension, clutch, timing belts.
Carrying out diagnostics and electrical testing on vehicles using scan tools, scopes and smoke machines.

The ideal candidate would have the following but we are willing to provide training:
Have a full driving licence (Required)
Have good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
MOT Class 4,5 and 7 testing licence (Prefered)
Have Experience in Vehicle Maintenance/Repair
Have Electrical Diagnostic Experience

Job Type: Full-time 8am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday, Optional Saturdays (Overtime)
Pay: £40.000 - £50.000 per year

Coming into September and October we are expecting to be largely booked up for MOTs
with mechanics being on holidays and with the yearly influx around this time each year.
Consider booking your MOT a few weeks in advance if your MOT is due around this time.
