Still keeping busy, lots of towbars and other smaller electrical faults, but had a busy start to the week with this Transit custom that the previous owner had fitted the side glass themselves !!
Never seen so much glue and sealer before, took a good while to remove and clean up but looks a lot nicer, we also fitted rear seats and a new Android head unit radio with reverse camera.

Transit Connect Lwb, 1st we’ve done but a nice sized van.Side windows, sound deading, 2 stage insulation, new ply panels...

Transit Connect Lwb, 1st we’ve done but a nice sized van.
Side windows, sound deading, 2 stage insulation, new ply panels for the sides, roof and floor ( which we had to template from scratch ) and fully carpeted lined, except the roof which we fitted the new trend with the slated boards.
Customer was very happy with the result, which is great when it’s taken most of the week to achieve !!

Something different in today, transit custom hybrid.
280amp Lithium battery, 200w solar with dc to dc charger and solar controller built in.
4x rear windows.
This is going to be a mobile office and will be back shortly for some more work to be done.

Another diesel night heater replaced this week due to the Co meter going off when using the old one. Turns out the self build installer decided to put the exhaust outlet right next to the inlet so it was pumping exhaust fumes back inside the camper. This in turn ruined the heater somehow, so we replaced the whole thing, ran it for 3hrs flat out and Co stayed at 0 as seen in pic.
Lots say these heaters are rubbish but we fit quite a few and rarely have issues.

A lovely Peugeot Boxer Swb camper we converted/built from a standard panel van over the winter months.

Another little job finished today.
We fitted a Dc to Dc charger lithium battery along with a fusebox, lighting etc.
Customer also asked us if we could do a back lit cut out for him which turned out well.
Going back for him to finish the build himself.
