Ford Puma ST cat dropped off for a replacement flexi section 🔧🔥

The old cat section was cut out and the flexi completely redone in stainless steel for a stronger, longer-lasting setup 💪✨

Back on the road sounding and performing as it should! 🚗💨

Golf Mk5 GTI in for a replacement sill ready for its MOT 🔧

The old sill was completely cut out, the inner section cleaned thoroughly and treated for rust before the new sill was fitted. We then painted the inside of new panel with red oxide primer for added protection before flush welding the new sill into place.

A light skim of filler was used to tidy everything up, followed by:
✅ Red oxide primer
✅ Gravitex stone chip protection
✅ Spray primer
✅ Colour coding to perfectly match the car

Most of this work will never be seen once the sill cover is back on — but that’s the level of preventative care and attention to detail we put into every repair to ensure a professional, long-lasting finish 👌

When we heard this Polo pull up outside, we knew something was seriously wrong 😬

A quick look under the bonnet and it was immediately clear — the catalytic converter had split clean in half!

We got everything removed, cleaned up, and prepped for welding. After a quick test fit to make sure everything lined up perfectly, it was welded back together and refitted.

Back on the road and running as it should 🔧💨

Had this 200 in with us for a clean and simple res delete, just to let that 2.0 under the bonnet sing a bit more 🔊

Toyota Glanza in last week for a stainless steel catback upgrade 🔧🔥

Customer went for an angled J*p can with a 3.5” tip — sits perfectly in the cut-out and really finishes the rear end off just right 👌

You don’t see many of these around anymore… always a treat when these older cars come in!

Nothing beats seeing a customer come back to us for more work 🙌

We previously had this Cupra in for a back box delete, and not long after it was booked back in again for its MOT and service. To get it through, it needed a bit of attention — new brake pads and a couple of tyres sorted.

This time we fitted APEC Black brake pads, offering reliable stopping power and great everyday performance, along with a fresh set of Continental SportContact 7s — easily some of the best ultra high performance tyres on the market right now. Perfect match for a high-powered hot hatch like this 🔥

Another one through the workshop recently 💪

This Volvo XC70 came in needing some attention to the exhaust system — the old setup had definitely seen better days, with a back box already fallen off. Rather than patching things up, the customer opted for a full custom catback system for a long-term, worry-free solution 🔧

Despite a packed schedule (and the usual knock-on delays that come with busy workshop life!), we made sure to fit this job in. Big shoutout to Little Mike who put in the extra hours and powered through a night shift to have everything finished and ready for Saturday morning collection 👏

That’s the level of commitment we bring — getting the job done right, no matter what.

Big upgrade for this Fiesta ST 🔧🔥

This one came in needing some love underneath — already running a res delete and back box delete, but the centre section had definitely seen better days. The back box had completely fallen off and the existing pipework was heavily perforated 😬

We’ve sorted it properly with a custom-fabricated 2.5” stainless steel mid section, built to tie in perfectly with the existing setup. Stronger, cleaner, and built to last 💪

Back on the road sounding exactly how it should 👌
