💷 One prevented no-show could pay for several months of SimpLOS subscription!

Learners accept your 48-hour cancellation policy when they register. SimpLOS then helps prevent forgotten lessons by sending:

✅ An SMS reminder 48 hours before
✅ A push notification 2 hours before
✅️ No more messages asking: "when is our next lesson?"

If a learner needs to cancel, they can do it directly through the app. When cancelling within 48 hours, they must confirm that they understand they may still be charged.

The cancellation then appears in your Dashboard Action Centre, where you decide—with one click—whether to charge them or not.

The learner is clearly informed, but the instructor always remains in control.

Since I started using this system in March, I’ve had only one no-show.

Fewer forgotten lessons. Fewer awkward conversations. Less lost income.

It's all very exciting — and slightly overwhelming at the same time! 😅

The last 6–7 months have been pretty much constant work: building, testing, changing things, breaking things, fixing them again… and probably thinking about SimpLOS far more than is healthy. 😂

But seeing it all finally come together makes it worth it.

I genuinely can't wait to share SimpLOS with everyone and finally put it into the hands of driving instructors across the UK.

The website is coming.
The public app launch is coming.

And after 6–7 months behind the scenes… SimpLOS is almost ready to step out into the real world. 🚗💙
