⚠️ CHEAP SERVICING CAN COST YOU AN ENGINE ⚠️
There’s a race to the bottom in the motor trade when it comes to servicing — but cheaper isn’t always better.
A proper service isn’t just about draining some oil, fitting the cheapest filter available and getting the car out of the door as quickly as possible.
🛢️ Using the CORRECT oil specification matters.
🔧 Using quality filters and parts matters.
🔍 Properly inspecting the vehicle matters.
📋 Following the manufacturer’s requirements matters.
Modern engines — especially Ford EcoBoost wet-belt engines and Jaguar Land Rover Ingenium engines — can be extremely sensitive to poor maintenance and incorrect oil specifications.
Saving £50–£150 on a service suddenly doesn’t look so cheap when you’re facing an engine repair costing THOUSANDS.
We refuse to race to the bottom on price. There’s a point where a service simply cannot be carried out properly, using quality parts and the correct fluids, for bargain-basement money.
We’d rather charge fairly, do the job properly and give your engine the best chance of a long life.
Cheap maintenance can become VERY expensive maintenance.
