🚐 Ford Transit Custom – Power Upgrade! 🔥

This Transit Custom came in for a power upgrade. Being the 105bhp version, you can imagine it wasn’t exactly the fastest van on the road! 😅

We’ve given it a custom engine remap, taking it from:

🔹 105bhp ➡️ 190bhp
🔹 360Nm ➡️ 460Nm

That’s a massive increase in power and torque, giving this Transit a completely different driving experience! 💨💪

This VW Polo 1.4 TDI came to us with the little 3-cylinder diesel already delivering a nice punch, but the customer was looking for better fuel economy. 💷⛽

This one received a mild performance upgrade focused around economy and fuel savings, giving the car a little more power while helping improve fuel efficiency.

After our economy-focused remap:

🔥 95 BHP
🔥 245 Nm
⛽ Up to 10% fuel saving

🚐 Another Ford Transit Saved! ✅

This Ford Transit came to us with the dreaded "AdBlue – No Restart" warning showing on the dashboard.

Thankfully, the customer found us just in time, arriving with only 18 miles remaining before the van would have gone into a no-start condition.

This vehicle is equipped with the SID212EVO ECU, and we're now able to carry out these solutions in-house with a same-day turnaround, meaning less downtime and a faster return to the road.

✅ Another DPF Issue Sorted!
This afternoon we resolved a DPF problem for a customer who had only just purchased their van when the warning light came on.

📞 They called us yesterday, and by today the van was fixed and back on the road — quick turnaround as always!

🔧 While it was in the garage, we identified another issue, and the customer’s already booked in for next week to get that sorted too. Great to catch these early!
