After carrying out our non-negotiable pre-tuning health check, the owner chose to level things up further with an Airtec intake system paired with a striking red intake hose while the car was with us.

⚪️⚪️ Fiesta ST180 | 239 BHP & 290 Ft.lbs ⚪️⚪️

Jeremy came to us with his recently purchased clean 2017 ST180 on very low mileage for Stage 2 Upgrade.

We carried out a full health check of the car to ensure the car had no faults and was in good health for tuning and also fitted a set of NGK LTR6DI-8 spark plugs ready to increase the performance.

Once given the green light, we got the car up onto the Dyno and got to Tuning with Ross from Laird Performance!

The car finished up with perfect data logs and produced a solid 239 BHP and 289 Ft.lbs of torque which is exactly what we were expecting from the stock turbo with the correct hardware fitted!

The car was then taken off the dyno for road logging to confirm driveability matches the performance shown on the dyno to ensure the customer would be happy with the outcome!

We recently had Cellan bring his ST180 Molten Orange Fiesta to us for some major service/maintenance work, ready for Stage 3 this year.

We carried out the following work:-

🌟ST200 Clutch Kit
🌟ST200 Dual Mass Flywheel

🌟 Fiesta ST180 | Stage 2 🌟

Another Fiesta ST180 coming in to us for Laird Performance Software, with Callum bringing in his into us to get the upgrade done with us!

The car went through our mandatory pre-tuning health check and inspection to ensure the car was in good health and ready to undergo the upgrade.

Once the green light was given it was onto the software, Callum wanted the car tuned on the road and trusted that what we were delivering to him was the same as seen on many of these we have tuned on the Dyno.

The car performed faultlessly on the road and produced perfect logs for stage 2 software which we would estimate the car to be in the region of 230-245 BHP & 280-300 Ft.lbs of torque from what we have seen over the years of tuning these cars on the dyno.

🟠🟠 FOCUS ST/RS - FORGED BUILD 🟠🟠

Gareth’s Electric Orange RS Setup, Focus ST came in to us with a bottom-end failure, to be investigated and repaired 🙌🏻

Once the engine was removed and stripped down it became very clear that the engine had suffered from oil starvation to the big end bearings, which had also damaged the crank beyond repair 😮😮

We sat down with Gareth to put a plan together and decided the best course of action would be to get a Forged Engine installed as he plans to keep the car long-term and run more power in the future 👊🏻

Adrian came to us from Birmingham to complete his stage 2 Upgrade on his MK3 Focus ST TDCI, which had a Powershift gearbox fitted.

With all the additional hardware required for Stage 2 fitted to the car it was then onto the Dyno for Laird Performance software.

The Results? 249 BHP & 420 Ft.lbs with perfect logs.

🔴 MK7 Fiesta ST180 | 325 BHP & 302 FTLB 🔴

We recently received Rob’s ST180 to complete his stage 3 transformation using the Turbo Technics S280 Turbocharger and Laird Performance Software.

Rob having already been tuned by us to stage 2 for some time decided he wanted more performance from this little hot hatch 👊🏻

Before we began we carried out our Stage 3 Health check on the vehicle which consisted of a full visual inspection, compression test and borescope examination which is essential for all our customers at this level 👌🏻

Once given the green light it was then onto the hardware install.

The build consisted of the following:-

🌟Turbo Technics S280 Turbo Charger
🌟Scorpion High Flow Downpipe
🌟R-Sport Crossover Pipe
🌟NGK LTR6DI-8 Spark Plugs
🌟Castrol Edge 5w30 Engine Oil + Ford Oil Filter

Once everything was installed and road tested it was then onto the Dyno to begin tuning the car with Laird Performance software.

The results? 325 BHP & 302 Ft.lbs at a moderate 1.65 peak boost with perfect logs 📈📈
