It was pleasure to welcome our Welsh Senedd member Vikki Howells MS to our garage Vale Autotec spending some valuable time with us and sharing our opinions on welcome more women in to a male dominated working environment.

RHIGOS BUSINESS RACES AHEAD

Vale Autotec is a Rhigos-based independent garage and MOT station, which specialises in servicing sports and race cars.

They really invest in training, and also in taking practical steps to get more women into what is a male-dominated field.

Thanks to manager Stephanie and mechanic Leah for the tour of their excellent facilities and for telling me all about the company’s exciting plans for expansion.
