Work has started on a new project in the Oxshott London and it's a big one.

These photos show the early stages of our insulated render system going on, with EPS insulation boards being fixed across the full elevation of what will be a striking high-end residential property. Plenty more to follow as the project progresses and the façade detail starts to take shape.

Progress on site in Surrey 🏗️

As the scaffold starts to come down, this project in Surrey is really beginning to show what's been achieved. The full façade package is coming to life main cornice, window surrounds, sills, pediments, decorative banding, columns capitals and a fully rendered elevation throughout with painted ultra-smooth finish.

All profiles were manufactured in-house at our Aberdare facility, CNC-produced to match the project's GA drawings and fully compatible with the render system on site. The result is a clean, classical elevation with the kind of detail that makes a building stand out.

More to come as the scaffold clears this one is going to look the part.

Another project completed this high-end residential development in Cardiff showcases what can be achieved when architectural detail is done right.

We supplied and installed a full suite of EPS architectural mouldings across the scheme, including window surrounds, cill profiles, coping stones, cornice details, and bespoke feature elements all finished in a Portland Stone effect. The result is a cohesive, characterful façade that elevates the property well beyond a standard render finish.

Every profile manufactured in-house at our Aberdare facility, engineered to the project drawings and compatible with the site's render system.
