Full-Time Sales Executive
SAAC Motors Ltd – Abbots Langley / Bedmond
SAAC Motors is a busy and growing independent used-car dealership, and we’re looking for a confident, organised and personable individual to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a varied, hands-on position and would suit someone who enjoys working with people but is equally comfortable keeping on top of paperwork and the day-to-day administration involved in running a busy dealership.
No two days are exactly the same, so we’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and happy to get involved wherever needed.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Dealing with customers face-to-face, over the phone, WhatsApp and email
* Handling sales enquiries and following up prospective customers
* Showing customers around vehicles and assisting with vehicle sales
* Preparing sales paperwork and customer handover documentation
* Processing vehicle purchases and part exchanges
* General office and dealership administration
* Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
* Processing DVLA and vehicle-related administration
* Organising vehicle preparation, servicing, MOTs and repairs
* Helping manage warranty and aftersales enquiries
* Updating vehicle records and stock information
* Helping ensure vehicles are prepared and ready for customer collections
* Supporting the directors with the general day-to-day running of the dealership
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, confident and professional with customers
* Extremely organised with good attention to detail
* Confident using computers, email and general office software
* A good communicator both verbally and in writing
* Able to prioritise their own workload
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable working in a busy environment
* Proactive and able to spot what needs doing without always being asked
* Commercially minded and comfortable with sales
* Able to deal calmly and professionally with customer queries or complaints
* A genuine team player who is happy to help with different aspects of the business
Previous experience in motor trade, sales, administration, or customer service would be beneficial, although finding the right person is more important to us than finding someone with experience in every area.
A full UK driving licence is required.
