I say it often, but teamwork really does make the dream work... 🙌

It’s been an absolute scorcher over here with the highest June temperatures ever recorded in France (over 43°C!). The boys have been grafting hard—baiting several areas daily and moving multiple times a day just to escape the sun. ☀️🎣

This is a very well-deserved capture and some of the best angling I’ve seen in a Long time. Top-tier work, boys! 💪 You got the cream... a mega carp and the backdrop everyone dreams of. 🌅

🎣 WOW! Talk about starting an adventure with a bang! 🚀

Check out this absolute beauty of a history river mirror carp, landed by the lads aboard one of our rental boats, "The Black Pearl"! 🏴‍☠️

First night in and they are already off and running—they even backed it up with a massive 80lb+ catfish! 🤯

Huge well done, lads! Top-tier angling right there. Epic stuff! 🙌

I was never in doubt! The river was fishing tough with spawning fish and high temps, but in typical River Lot form for those who stick it out and keep grinding... she pays out! 🎣

A massive well done to Jason, who grafted the whole session and got his reward in the end in the shape of this cracking River Lot common. 🪵✨

👉 It’s been a tricky start on the river this year, with spawning in the air and the carp having other things on their minds! 🫣💦

🌴 The heavy winter floods put the w**d bed growth right back this year, washing clean all the nutrition and roots, but it's finally coming up, and it’s brilliant to see those positive signs of growth coming through . 🌿

Fully expecting the w**d beds to fill over the following weeks...

Best of all, the lads managed to land this lovely mirror carp. Good angling, boys—well done! 💪 tight lines!
