The Mercedes-Benz 280 SL “Pagoda” remains one of the most elegant roadsters of its era, appreciated for its timeless design, comfort and ease of use.

Purchased new by its first owner in 1969, this example changed hands only once before joining its current owner. Its history is particularly well documented, with invoices and records dating back to 1973. Carefully restored with respect for originality, it remains fully matching numbers and retains desirable factory features including power steering and the optional third seat.

Delivered new to the USA in 1954 in left-hand drive, this example returned to the UK in the 1980s before being converted to right-hand drive and fully prepared for competition. This example, originally delivered in Germany, was configured in an elegant Bianco Avus over red leather specification before being delivered new via the Porsche Centre Nürnberg in 2012. Imported into France in 2023, it was acquired by its current owner through Ferrari Charles Pozzi in Levallois-Perret, a key reference for the brand in France.
