We are searching for a full-time, a results-driven Chief Executive Officer leading and increasing growth of our business.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Developed intensive, ambitious business strategies, short-term goals, and long-term objectives
• Increase growth and productivity
You do understand the conventional side of marine industry, but you are able to think ‘out-of-the-box’ and act to develop the industry. As CEO you will have the unique opportunity to be a key player in building the leading business in Smart Boating world.
Your Responsibilities will vary, however, some of them will be to:
• Develop and execute an appropriate go-to-market strategy with support from the existing team
• Business development to clients of all shapes and sizes
• Full P&L responsibility for the business
• Recruiting an A+ team to overachieve our ambitious targets for the profitable growth of the business
• Become a product evangelist: being expert in the product and deliver feedback and educational
sessions to users
• Position yourself as a leader in the sector through contributions to conferences and webinars etc. in
order to strengthen the brand and generate growth

What We Expect From You:

You possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency. You have a relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what you do. You take ownership of everything you do, are proactive and follow through on commitments Moreover, you're humble and you share our passion for building and executing new businesses.

Furthermore, we expect that you have:

• Multiple years of work experience with outstanding performance within any discipline
• Lead within any commercial function (Marketing, Strategy, Sales etc.) with outstanding performance
• An innate desire to advise, deal and work with people

As our business area is global we require fluent English language skills, other language skills are bonus. We will fill the position in short-term future and the starting date is negotiable.

Sound of Silence! Did you know that regulations in many ports are tightening with regard to noise levels? At certain times, the engines must not be kept running due to noise pollution. With NaviWheel this is not a problem. The main engine does not have to be running at all when arriving at the port.
