🔧 RENAULT MASTER 2.3 dCi 163 HP BiTurbo — FULL TURBO & DPF JOB

Another hard-working van back on the road.

This Master is used as a commercial delivery vehicle on international routes, so there was no room for a temporary fix. The job had to be done properly — A to Z.

🔥 The symptoms:

• Oil consumption around 0.5 L / 1,000 km
• Noticeable turbo whistle
• Oil contamination in the intake system
• Twin-turbo system showing clear signs of wear

🛠️ What was done:

✔️ Both turbochargers replaced
✔️ Turbo oil feed/return system checked and cleaned
✔️ Intake system inspected and cleaned
✔️ Exhaust system inspected
✔️ DPF removed and professionally cleaned/washed
✔️ Full inspection of the boost system
✔️ Final checks before putting the van back into international service

With a van doing thousands of kilometres across Europe, replacing the turbo and simply sending it back out is not good enough.

When a turbo has been pushing oil, you need to look at the whole system — intake, intercooler, exhaust, DPF, oil lines and boost system.

Do the job once. Do it properly.
