Our Apartment available for holiday rental near Sitges, Barcelona, Spain
Description
We have decided to rent out our lovely 3 bedroom apartment at the beach on a short term basis, so we thought you may be interested in having a look at it.....
The apartment is ideal for families and those looking for a relaxing environment surrounded by nature. It is located in the Casa del Mar residential complex, situated in the outskirts of the Garraf natural parc, between Sitges and Vilanova i la Geltru.
It is very close to the Sitges golf course, the beach and only 20 minutes away from Barcelona airport. Reus airport is 50 minutes away. We recommend to have a car since all amenities bars, cafes, restaurants, night life and the beach are within a five minute ride.
The complex has a community area with a big green area, a large infinity pool and a splash pool for the children. There is also a children´s playground.
The apartment is 100 square meters and it is split in two levels. On the main floor there is the lounge and dining room and the kitchen with direct access to the fantastic 80 m terrace, where you can enjoy the stunning mountain and sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine and dryer. There is a courtesy bathroom on this floor.
The lower floor comprises of 3 bedrooms. Cot available on request. On this floor, there are two bathrooms (one ensuite) fitted with a bathtub and shower. The apartment will comfortably accommodate 6 people.
It is equipped with central heating and AC, it has its own underground car park and 24 hr on site security.

GARRAF NATIONAL PARC
13,000 hectares full of tracks for walking and cycling, as well as many caves to explore.
SITGES
The whitewashed coastal town has been for decades a meeting place for people from all walks of life. A sophisticated getaway for young and old, gay and straight, families and friends. The town is bursting with classic art deco buildings and the seafront promenade is lined with palm trees, restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops. For those looking for some crazy partying, you should not miss the "Sin street". Its beaches are some of the best on the Mediterranean coastline.
VILANOVA I LA GELTRU
Vilanova sprawls over the coastal plain and the town centre is a long way from the beach, a typical resource that allowed forewarning against the forays of Barbary pirates. More to the point, if Vilanova and Sitges were to change places on the way from Barcelona, many visitors would stop off at Vilanova and never get to Sitges....
GOLF
There are two golf clubs near by:
Club de Golf Terramar in Sitges is an 18-hole par 72 course situated on the coast with large practice areas, as well as tennis courts and a swimming pool
Escola de Golf Portal del Roc in Vilanova has a par 54 pitch-and-putt course
EL PENEDES - Wine country
For many visitors to Spain, experiencing the local products is of the utmost importance, and if trying some of the country’s finest wine sounds tempting, then a trip to the nearby region of Penedès should not be missed. Most famous for cava, a white or rosé sparkling wine, high-quality reds and whites are also produced, and a wine-tasting visit to one or more of the vineyards is a thoroughly worthwhile experience.
PORT AVENTURA - Theme and Water Park
PortAventura is 60 km south of Vilanova and is the premier theme park destination in Spain. Theming and landscaping are top notch at this former Universal property with five distinct areas (Mediterranean, Polynesia, China, Mexico, and the American West). Refreshingly you can even find food native to each area.
