Fuel Policy
The vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel. It should be returned full or refuelling charges will be applied. Special Equipment and Local Requests Please note special equipment such as child seats, snow chains etc are all on request and subject to availability. They will be charged locally and may be subject to airport service fees and local taxes as applicable. Requests for extras will be passed on to the supplier in advance of your arrival but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of any extras. Emergency Contact Number

AMENDMENTS Reservations can be amended online free of charge before the start of the rental. Where these changes affect the rental price such as duration, car rental location or car type the difference will be calculated from the current published price of the new rental. We cannot refund any unused days or part days if the vehicle is returned early on any rental
NO SHOWS 100% cancellation fee will be charged where we are not notified of cancellation prior to the start of the rental. This includes where the vehicle cannot be picked up due to insufficient documentation; failure to provide a valid credit card; and/or failure to collect the car at the specified time/date

شير لمساعدة ٣الاف أسرة في استرداد حقوقهم 🙏
ثلاثة الاف اسرة تستغيث بفخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح #السيسي لإنقاذهم بالتدخل شخصيا لسرعة تنفيذ حكم محكمة النقض العادل (رقم ٥٢٧٦ لسنة ٨٧ق)الصادر في٢٠٢٣ الذي الزم المتهمين برد ١٧٠مليون دولار ل٣الاف اسرة و تقدم المتهمين في ابريل٢٠٢٤ بطلب للمحكمة بفتح حساب دولار للسداد و لم يتم قبوله أو رفضه حتي الان.

احنا ٣الاف اسرة يعني( ١٥-٢٠الف مواطن مصري) لجأنا للقانون لطلب حقنا و بقالنا ١٠سنين منتظرين و المحاكم حكمت لنا مرة و اتنين حكم نهائي بإلزام المتهمين برد ١٧٠مليون دولار .
و يعلم الله حجم المعاناة التي عانيناها طوال هذه السنوات فمنا من توفي وترك خلفه اسره بلا مصدر دخل ومنا من هو مريض ولا يجد ثمن علاجه و معظمنا يعاني من صعوبة ظروف الحياه.

كما نطالب بترحيل المتهم الرئيسى هاني لطفي المحبوس في دبي الامارات من٢٠١٥ بموجب قانون تبادل المحبوسين الذي صدق عليه السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي في مايو٢٠٢٥ و تم الحكم عليه في قضيتنا بالسجن ١٥سنة غيابيا و مطلوب من الانتربول و ضبط و إحضار المتهمين الهاربين عمرو سامي و نهي سعيد و احمد مدحت.

علما بأن النيابة قامت بالتحفظ علي أموال و اصول للمتهمين منذ بداية القضية في٢٠١٥ وقام المتهمين بعمل بيع سيء النية لعديد من الأصول وايضا هناك أطراف ساعدت المتهمين في إخفاء أموالهم و لم يتم اتهامهم ولذلك نطالب بالتحقيق في مصدر ثروات ( هاني سعد وال١٢متهم في قضيتنا وزوجاتهم الحاليين و السابقين و أولادهم و أقاربهم من الدرجة الأولى و نسايبهم و كل من تنازل له المتهمين عن أملاك ) ومصادرة الأملاك و الأموال لتنفيذ حكم النقض الخاص بقضيتنا.

والضحايا يعلنون عن استعدادهم للتبرع بمليار جنيه لتسديد ديون مصر بنسبة عشرة بالمائة من مستحقاتهم (١٦٩,٣١٨,٩٥٥دولار ) التي حكمت لهم بها محكمة النقض و يستغيثون بفخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي لمساعدتهم في تنفيذ الحكم و استرداد حقوقهم
