⚠️ VAG Electronic Steering Lock (ELV) — Diagnose before replacing parts!

In this case we check the electronic steering column lock (ELV/ESCL), its power/control signals and the vehicle response to determine where the fault really comes from.

A defective ELV can cause ignition, steering lock and starting problems — but replacing the module without proper diagnosis is not always the solution.
