that characterized this new service concept lead to its expansion and relocation in Marina Chavón, Casa de Campo, on September 5, 2005. With an area of 15,000 M2 distributed among workshops, a specialty marine store, equipment, and dry dock service, along with quality service , competitive cost and professionalism, IBC is a market leader. The company has a 120 ton travel lift, motorized transporters, which guarantee the movements of yachts with minimal risks. Lifts and equipment of diverse capacity compliment the maintenance fleet. IBC Shipyard offers more than 25 different services which include the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of yachts, electrical and electronic services, naval mechanisms, hydraulics and electro hydraulics, hull painting, interior and bottom maintenance, antifouling, fiberglass, specialized naval carpentry, and the change and repairs of propellers. IBC Shipyard also has a network of craftsmen and technicians specialized in propulsion transmission systems, the repair of interiors in all types of fabrics and canvas, external covers, and surveying of all types of boats and yachts. IBC Shipyard is rated as an “Azimut Gold Service Center” and forms part of the exclusive “Benetti Service Network”, A concession given to shipyards which exhibit quality and versatile service. With our slogan “YOU ARE NOT ALONE”, IBC is present in every major nautical event Worldwide. When a sale is made they don’t disappear, they remain accessible to their clients.
-During the holidays emergency brigades are always ready to assist. Our store which provides logistic support will find a place in our service center, within 48 hours, any part or equipment needed, plus our technical personnel have the possibility to move to any part of the country where they are needed. We also have a hurricane plan for hurricane season where special services are offered to our customers. Its engineering department, via VQR (Visual Quality Reports), allows the customer to visualize repairs made to their yacht from anywhere in the World, IBC is proactive and attentive oriented towards the customer. One of the first requisites for sound growth is in the capacitating of its personnel. IBC Shipyard believes very strongly in passing down to its customers the quality and professionalism of its personnel via continuous training. Our staff consists of technicians and workers trained in Italy and the U.S. in electricity/electronics, naval carpentry, fiberglass, and engine maintenance. All IBC employees go through training programs that include working with natural disasters, residual and dangerous materials, and all aspects of hygiene and industrial security. A good base is needed to grow and compete; these supports are consolidated each day at IBC Shipyard.
