Every heavy loader crane installation places unique demands on the vehicle, which is why each build requires careful engineering before fabrication even starts.
For this project, Stensbo provided the engineering calculations, chassis reinforcement design and front stabiliser solution, ensuring the vehicle is prepared to handle the forces generated during lifting operations.
The objective isn’t simply to maximise lifting capacity.
It’s to help ensure the chassis remains structurally sound, minimise unnecessary weight, and prepare the vehicle for demanding real-world conditions – including those unexpected situations no one plans for.
That’s the engineering you rarely see…
…but it’s working every time the crane leaves the ground.
