Saab 9-5
The work continues.
Floor pan,rear seat rest, and new inner wheel arch are welden in.
The ammount of fabrication is huge and to make it all fit it takes a deep breath and carefull planing as there are 7 lawyers of metal that need to fit and flow togheter.
Next, rear fender.

Rust repairs on this Saab 9-5 are extensive.
Here are some pictures of the ongoing process, fabrication, trial fit, welding and on to the next repair section.

1971 Porsche 911 2.2E .
The costumer had noticed a minor bubble on the paint job and asked me to have a look at it.
Outgrowing bubbles are always a concern as they indicate oxygen in between lawyers and because oxygen and metal are the recipe for rust it will always be a surprise what one will find underneath such bublle.
One way to find out, strip the paint of.
As the pictures show ... huge ammount of body filler, dents and rust spots along the roof skin.
After some hours of dent removal, sandblasting there is now a surface to be proud of and is now ready for the paint process.
