Built to celebrate AMG’s 2003 DTM Championship victory, the CLK DTM AMG transferred genuine motorsport technology from the racetrack to the road. SOLD! 🔥 This 1959 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Roadster has now found a new home.

One of only 1,858 300 SL Roadsters ever built, equipped with the rare factory hardtop, finished in its original data card color combination and showing less than 30,000 km from new.

Delivered in Fire Engine Red over black leather, this example spent its early years in Spain before making its way to the United States, where it became part of several renowned collections. Restored in the 1980s and maintained by respected specialists including Scott Grundfor and Boston Sports Car Company, the car remained in outstanding condition throughout the years.

A truly timeless Mercedes-Benz icon, and we wish the new owner many enjoyable miles with this exceptional 300 SL Roadster.

The blue monster has arrived at Lake Como, and what a trip it was! 🔥 A pretty challenging quality control run for our friends at .racing , where the K3 spent nearly the last two years undergoing a full technical overhaul while keeping everything else fully original. What a great job, guys!

Even though this machine doesn’t enjoy low speeds or stop-and-go traffic, this trip was truly one for the books. No issues at all, just raw driving in its purest form.
