𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐔𝐫𝐦𝐎.

The last months were not easy for us. Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, we had a lot of negative impacts on our business. We are very sorry to tell you, that we had to file for insolvency with UrmO GmbH at the courts in Munich.

This means, that the UrmO vehicle will not go into mass-manufacturing as planned. Also, we will not be able to hold our promise - to deliver high-quality vehicles to your, our supporters – even though we have been working hard over the last months and years. We understand that you have been waiting for your product for quite some time now and are disappointed by theses news and truly want to apologize sincerely. For us, the last months have not been easy. It means that we will not be able to follow our vision of revolutionized urban traffic any more. The days were often long and exhausting, but also rewarding and educational.

A large part of this project was also our team. We were up to 12 people working on our vision in the office and workshop. Thank you for your great ideas and the great time we had together

Again, we are very grateful for the support of over the last years!

++ Another great distinction for UrmO during these tough times ++ We have won the 2020 Movin'On Startup Challenge by Michelin, seeking innovative and dynamic solutions to solve major challenges in sustainable mobility.

Our team is very proud of this achievement and looking forward to working with a global mobility player like Michelin.

Our offices are currently abandonded as we all work remote. Only a minimal workshop crew is allowed on-site to finalise construction for our serial manufacturing. Stay healthy!

Awesome! The UrmO is now displayed at Flughafen München as a part of MCBW - Munich Creative Business Week exhibition "Innovation and Design". You can find it in Terminal 2 (Departures) between the Lufthansa check-in-desks.
