This, Ladys and Gentlemen, is the best and most valuable invest in our company and the future of our trade:
our boatbuilding apprentices!

They are smart, skilled and higly motivated.
And sometimes soooo funny.
They are 100% reliable, manage their own complex responsibilitys within our production process and soak up every new technologie or trick our master boatbuilders and vocational trainers can teach them.
Let me introduce Karl Krikau (2nd year), Juliane Hausmann (3rd year), Leo Arnold (1st year), Gunnar Zach (front, 3rd year) and Mika Hinfoth (3rd year).
