Meet the new leaders of our German regions!
Yvonne Hötschl (Munich) now heads Southern Germany, and Susanne König (Hanover) leads Northern Germany. Together, they have 30 years of experience working for a. hartrodt and share a goal of being closer to our customers.

“We’re in touch several times a day,” says Yvonne, and it shows.

They both report to Managing Director Hendrik Khezri, who continues to hold overall responsibility for a. hartrodt Germany.

New leadership at a. hartrodt in Sydney 🇦🇺
Since August 2026, Adrian Valencia has been our General Manager New South Wales, leading a team of 35. He has more than 20 years of experience in logistics, and his approach starts with people:
"When our people are engaged, customers feel it through better efficiency and better outcomes."

From our 7,000 m² Sydney warehouse, his team handles the export of perishables such as dairy products, eggs, grains and nuts. Adrian aims to collaborate more closely with customers, offering strategic reviews based on their data, providing early warnings in the event of route or port disruptions, and maintaining a strong focus on compliance.

New leadership, clear vision: Meet the new Branch Manager of a. hartrodt USA 🇺🇸
As of April 2026, Melesa Archer has been appointed Branch Manager of a. hartrodt New York, our headquarters in the US.

She has a background in journalism and has lived in New York for two decades, as well as having worked in freight forwarding for 16 years.

What is her focus now? Making the New York office even more proactive and customer-centric.

When it comes to leadership, she sums it up simply: "Different perspectives make our team stronger. For me, leadership means working together to support our customers quickly and reliably."

50 years on the ground in New Zealand and still growing.

When a. hartrodt New Zealand was founded, few could have predicted the company would still be shaping trade between the South Pacific and the world five decades later. Today, the Auckland-based team - plus a growing presence in Christchurch - manages 1,650 sqm of warehouse space and a customer portfolio that keeps expanding: w**e, food, medical products, specialised manufacturing.

Vanessa Burns, Managing Director and a. hartrodt veteran of almost 33 years, sums it up simply:

🚴 a. hartrodt at Cyclassics Hamburg 2026 — 13 riders, one team 💪

On August 16, ~12,000 amateur cyclists hit the streets of Hamburg for the Jedermann race and of course, we were there too!

Our squad this year: 13 riders, made up of employees, customers & business partners. Smaller than in previous years, but just as motivated 🔥

The result? Everyone crossed the finish line safe, healthy, and proud of having finished the demanding 60 or 110 km course 👏

None of this would be possible without our amazing sponsors, who made the whole event happen. Huge thanks to Carl Schröter GmbH & Co. KG, and .deutschland 🙏

Big news from Northeast Asia! 🌏

Kenan Ertuerk has taken on the role of Regional Sales Manager at a. hartrodt in Northeast Asia, where he will lead a team of over 50 sales colleagues across China, Japan and Korea.

Having been based in Shanghai for over 14 years, Kenan brings a wealth of regional expertise and a clear ambition to the role: to support Asian companies in expanding internationally and to grow alongside them in the long term.

He will focus on renewable energy, construction, and mechanical engineering, sectors in which Chinese exports and acquisitions are reshaping international trade flows.

Kenan succeeds Luca Cerruti, who successfully grew the division over the course of four years before returning to his family's business in Italy.

Welcome aboard, Kenan, and congratulations on this new chapter! 👏
