Nachdem wir in den vergangenen Wochen einige JZ-, RB- sowie VR38-Projekte fertigstellen konnten, ging es nun direkt mit zwei weiteren VR6 -Projekten weiter.
Hier entstehen aktuell komplette Longblocks inklusive umfangreicher Bearbeitung von Block und Zylinderköpfen — unter anderem Bohren, Hohnen, Bürsten und Planen. Natürlich wird das Ganze mit geschmiedetem Kurbeltrieb, Nockenwellen, verstärktem Ventiltrieb sowie weiteren Komponenten nach RSC-Rezept aufgebaut.
Das Ziel:
Ein vollständig aufgebauter Golf 3 mit über 1200+ PS.
Von der Motorenbearbeitung, Montage über Elektronik und Steuergerät bis hin zu Turbosystem, Antrieb und finaler Abstimmung kommt alles aus einer Hand.

After successfully finishing several JZ, RB and VR38 projects over the past few weeks, we’ve now moved straight on to two more VR6 builds.
Complete longblocks are currently being assembled, including extensive machining work on both the block and cylinder heads — including boring, honing, brushing and resurfacing.
Of course, the setup will feature a forged rotating assembly, Schrick camshafts, upgraded valvetrain components and further modifications built according to the RSC recipe.
The goal:
A fully RSC-built Golf 3 producing well over 1200+ HP.
From engine machining and electronics to ECU calibration, turbo setup, drivetrain and final tuning — everything is done completely in-house.
