Following JLR's original factory system architecture, we code the vehicle to D350 specifications and
simultaneously update the TCU, ABS/ESP, and related control systems to the orignal D350 torque and power levels.

This is a 150hp 2.0TDI VW T-Roc we had in for tuning this week.
Mike the owner of this car is ADS old school. We've known him for a number of years/decades and tuned plenty for him, which he has been very happy with.
When he bought his T-Roc he didn't ring or ask for a quote. He just booked it in because he knew quality software was available for it.

Issues with VW / VAG 2.0 TDi software...
These are very "flat" to drive and the power can feel like you really have to work for it, or beg for it.
They're unbelievably smooth but boring to drive compared to the petrol egnine, too much so.
The gearbox is eternally in the wrong gear, especially at lower speeds.
Initially pulling away the throttle response is quite poor, often causing you to misjudge distances when pulling out at junctions.

We fix all of the above with a healthy 90nm of torque and 40hp on top, while keeping the DPF and EGTs in control.

As a bonus, an IO Tuning pedal box was used, bringing this T-Roc in par with its petrol counterpart, with instant power all the way to 4500rpm (!!)

One of the main concerns with your M178 equipped AMG is maintaining cool intake temperatures. The factory design of the cooling system interconnects the cooling system for the intercoolers and the cooling system of the transmission .
As transmission temperatures start to increase, so do your intake air temperatures. Intake air temperatures never reach ambient due to the factory routing.

The solution is purpose designed and build system, that is utilizing a PWR F1 42mm Thick Core provides 200+% cooling capacity compared to the stock radiator. This is the only cooler in the market for the M178 Powered AMG that comes standard with billet aluminium end tanks and a perfect fit.

A separate and dedicated cooling circuit is added to cool the transmission. This system features a high density PWR transmission cooler with billet end tanks, additional coolant reservoir, and all hardware and hoses to make the installation seamless.

The system radiators are aerospace quality and TIG welded for precise quality as well as pressure checked to ensure higher than OEM standards.
