Just reamed out the 125 F inlet. The Inlet was 15.38 to 15.67 mm . Now its 16.11 to 16.32 mm. I think that has got all the sand casting makes out . 😃

F stator as it was when I got it. No timing makes on the flywheel. Better make the making on TDC the next job :)

The top pedal is of a C/Lc & the lower is of my Green 150 D .The hole centers on the C/Lc pedal are about 10 mm further apart. I have use a C/Lc rear brake pedal on my Red D & it gives a sharper feel to the rear brake . Next up I will be fitting to my green 150 D & C/Lc rear brake pedal with the long C,E or F rear brake arm.

Got a box of parts for a friend yesterday . Side by side my standard 150 D rear brake arm & a C,E or F rear brake arm which was in my box of goodys. My 150 D has not ever had a speedo drive & just has the blanking plate. As it's like that I can fit the longer C,E or F rear brake arm. This will give the rear brake cable a straighter run & I get a better back brake win win 😃

Sil brake arm next to a standard Ld mk 3 arm. These have the same spline. You most likely have seen to info on the other page. But as someone has been taking down post. Things seen to come & go, which I hope will not happen here as this page is, invite only.

150 D cylinder. I had just ported the cylinder and matched the inlet. Also a new piston & rebore . Works well on my green 150 D 🤓

I will get started The newly made Arbath exhaust my look good but gives f**k all to the scooter performance & yet will set you back much more then a standard exhaust. I have one so I know is is on the money
