Last week, 's engineers completed the installation and training of a motorcycle offline testing line in Southeast Asia in just a few hours. The products use modular packaging and transportation, only wiring is required after assembly, making it very quick. The customer selected Jevol's patented products—a motorcycle brake/speed composite testing platform and a fully automatic headlight tester. The entire testing process only takes a few minutes and requires no manual intervention.

Jevol recently launched the 2026 new version of the Containerized Inspection Station. This V2.0 version optimizes the following functions based on the 2022 V1.0 version.
- The test lane adopts a large amount of aluminum alloy to reduce the weight of the container.
- Ultra-low chassis design: the ground clearance of the container is only 200mm, eliminating the need for an extra-long ramp and enabling more flexible flipping.
- The container is deployed via wireless controller, making operation more labor-saving, safer and more efficient.
- Equipped with a high-power, ultra-quiet generator.
- Lightweight control terminal consisting of a Rugged Tablet and a Laptop for more flexible operation.

Last week, our engineers visited four centers across the region to provide on-site guidance for the installation of lines dedicated to applications, and delivered comprehensive training to the customer on product operation and routine maintenance.

Each inspection line is primarily composed of a Tester, Tester, Tester, and . With two such inspection lines deployed at each site, the stations are capable of processing up to 100 vehicle inspections per day.

Each center is also equipped with the Station Service Management System, which supports functions including vehicle information registration, automatic lane assignment and automated report generation and printing.
