🔍 Step-by-Step Packaging Process:

1. Initial Inspection & Bagging
Workers hold the TPV dust cover, rotating it 360° against the light to ensure no burrs or indentations, then gently place it into a custom transparent poly bag. The bag uses 0.08mm PE material – transparent for easy quality inspection later, and moisture-resistant for warehouse storage.
2. Precision Sealing Technology
After aligning the bag opening, a heat sealer presses at 180℃ for 2 seconds, creating a seal width of 8mm±1mm. A light tug on the seal edge confirms uniform firmness – preventing opening during transit without overheating or deforming the bag (this machine completes 3,000+ precise seals daily!).
3. Labeling for Efficiency
A custom label is applied immediately after sealing:
- Top left: Exclusive icon for TPV material
- Center: Product model, specifications, production date
- Bottom right: Orange warning symbol for "Scratch-Resistant & Moisture-Proof"

We test pulling-out force of Original parts bushing 48704-28010, in this video is the whole test process. which was reflected in this curve table, we can see from 0 N 0 mm, this means new bushing, then the N (power) goes up, under this power, the rubber begin to move, until to the Max power, the rubber can't under take this power, then begin to brake or fall of from the metal, after this Max power, the rubber begin broken, in the video you can hear the "bang" , the curve stop go up.
This measurement is very important on reflecting the bushings quality, how do you test your bushings quality?
