Subject: The sale of 10 hectares of palm plantation in Cameroon, Littoral region, place called Souza, 13km from the tarred road. The Palm Plantation does not have Land Title yet, but it has other documents as prove of ownership.

General Surface area: 35 Hectares
Current site status:
Palms occupy 10 hectares which is already in full production. The Palm plantation is between 8-9 years old.
- Existing plain roads right into the Palm plantation.
Price: 7million FCFA per Hectare, including the commission of facilitator(s)/broker(s)
Payment method:
NB: Seller wants payment in cash. Seller can also accept payment in two installments.
Seller's request: Wants to sell all the 10 hectares of Palm plantation.
Only one (1) signatory.
Visiting fees: 150.000frs
PRODUCTIVITY CAPACITY OF THE PALMIERE DE SOUZA.
During the production season which begins in January or February and ends in April or May, the average monthly production of cones per hectare is 100.
And in terms of oil production, it can give an average of 150 liters of oil per hectare per month.
Production is throughout the year, but then between the months of June and December, it drops.
But the question you might ask yourself is, is there anything that can be done to increase productivity in this situation?
The answer is absolutely a VERY BIG YES! For sure!
1- Applying fertilizer twice a year will absolutely increase productivity. Because as it is, we have never used fertilizer since palms were planted.
2- In addition, keeping the plantation clean at all times and pruning at least once a year.
By focusing on these aspects, productivity is ensured and the increase in productivity must be guaranteed continuously.
