This is a OEM Big Block Rear Main Seal Retainer with bolts. #2128895
It is original, not a china knockoff. It fits the 350, 361, 383, 400,
413, 426w, 440, and 426 Hemi BB engines. It is in good condition, with
no cracks or stripped threads. Just needs a good cleanup. $30.00. Local
pickup, or buyer pays shipping.

Original 1970, 1971 Hemi Block, Crank and Rods for sale.

Hello everybody. I have an original 7/28/69 Hemi block, stock crank and rods for sale. This engine was assembled new by Dick Landy using all new parts but was never started. It sat for years and water got in the cylinders causing some minor rust pits. I disassembled everything and cleaned. This is an “Over the counter” block. There are no VIN, assembly stampings or warranty tag. This block is perfect for that 1970 or 1971 car missing an engine…none better.
A common practice back then was to take a new block and go .060 over to gain a few extra cubic inches……this block is 4.310. You have two options, bore it out and get custom pistons. It might clean up going an additional .010 but there is no way of knowing until you hone it. Option two is have sleeves installed. A good machinist can install quality sleeves and the block will be better than new. Why I say “better than new”? Because the material sleeves are made out of is much better than the factory iron. Every aluminum block made has sleeves…..it no big deal. If you think it’s a dig deal then just stop reading and move on.

Hemi Block.
Casting date, 7/28/69.
Dick Landy stamp still visible as well as the date Landy assembled it 8/12/71
No VIN stamped.
No factory assemble date stamped.
No damage ever, never windowed or cracked.
Has original main caps with factory mounting bolts.
There has been no modifications done to this block other that Landy’s stamp and date.
This block has been cleaned and Magnafluxed. There are NO cracks.
Checked deck hight, approximately .003 to .005 off the deck.

Hemi crank
This crank was assembled in this block but never started.
Factory crank with 8 bolt fl**ge.
Standard rod and main journal sizes.
Rod and main journals are in perfect shape, no work needed.

Factory Connecting Rods
8 rods, assembled but never ran.
All factory bolts are present and shows no signs or wear.
Bushing on the “small end” are in very nice shape.

I’m selling the block for $7000.
Crank and rods for $1500.
Or block, crank and rods for $8000.

Dodge Challenger, Plymouth Cuda 8 3/4 rear, 489 case, Sure grip 3.91 gear ratio, heavy duty Moser axles with green barring's. Good condition. Only has around 1500 miles on it. I used the Willwood disk brakes on my Daytona Clone. I do have a set of factory 11 inch drum brakes to go with it. LOCAL PICKUP

The pictures show everything that is included in this sale. It is not a complete turn key conversion but most of the big pieces are there. First, the A-body A833 is from a 1972 model and is definitely NOT of the OD variety. I popped the side cover on this one and it looks great and shifts by hand easily although I have not run it personally. Also included is a small block bellhousing, A-body pedals with clutch switch, clutch rod, Z-bar, used 10.5” factory flywheel, clutch fork/ dust boot, shifter boot/ bezel, used clutch and PP. Also included is a hurst 4 speed shifter with a bolt in E-body pistol grip handle. The levers and rods are present as well.

***What you will still need to convert an Automatic car over***
outer frame mounted z-bar bracket, upper starter shield, lower clutch cover, A-body 4 speed hump, floor shift steering column (optional).

Asking $1,500 for what is pictured...

I may split up if I get enough interest in all the pieces separately..

I have few fenders A,B and E body new old stock cuda convertible 1/4 panel, absolutely rust free and bondo free, 2 small dent at bottom of heel. drivers side fender, nos in storage for many years really nice condition with no rust, damage or repairs call, no atenna hole T/A fender.
