โข Answer incoming phone calls and electronic messages from workshops and mechanics.
โข Identify, source, and interpret correct brake and clutch parts efficiently.
โข Utilise electronic catalogues to look up precise vehicle specifications.
โข Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to maintain our stellar reputation.
โข Minimise errors to ensure our trademark "hassle-free" delivery experience.

โข Proven Experience: Solid background as an Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter.

โข Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy to ensure we always supply the right part first time.
โข Customer-First Mindset: A genuine passion for delivering the best service experience every single time.
โข Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for handling busy phone lines and digital messages.
