Our "Smart eMT F1 Relay ECU" directly replaces the classic hydraulic pump relay and as a digital motor driver, it offers a much better performance of the pump motor.

But that's not all. It offers also a total galvanic isolation which is a vast improvement to protect the expensive TCU. A classic relay can put the TCU at risk since it's directly powered by the TCU.

And there is much more. For example, the "Smart eMT F1 Relay ECU" is able to sense automatically the positive side of the TCU relay supply which makes it polarity free. On some cars, relay inputs 85 and 86 are inverted.

Our solution offers a bidirectional protection: at the TCU side and the F1 hydraulic system.

After a lot R&D, we are proud to announce that our SMART F1 TCU DELETE ECU works now also for the Ferrari 430 Scuderia/16M when converted to manual gear shift.

Entirely Plug & Play, the TCU DELETE ECU will automatically learn and self-adapt on all Ferrari 360 and 430 models including now the Scuderia/16M without a need for any reprogramming or configuration.

It has also the option to display the computed gear number on the dash since the latest versions which is a real plus.

This short video from a customer shows that the eMT F1 Relay ECU is reporting a Early Warning code 7 on his car (7 beeps repeated 5 times).

Warning code 7 means that the pump is priming well too often. It's triggered when the pump has been priming 10 consecutive times with too short rest times of less than 15 seconds between each cycle. Consecutive means that the issue is really persistent and at this rate, the pump is not going to last long, don't ignore it.

This warning code indicates that the hydraulic system is not holding up the pressure long enough and can be caused by:

- Worn/too old hydraulic accumulator
- Leaking solenoid valves, seals, banjos, hoses
- Clogged high pressure filter
- Leaking TOB
- Internal actuator leaks or loose bleed screws
- Internal E-DIFF leaks or stuck open solenoid valve (F430)
- etc

Smart eMT F1 Relay ECU for pump relay

10 years ago we designed a Smart pump motor driver to replace the F1 hydraulic pump relay on cars like Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Audi R8 or BMW.
