We're pleased to announce the opening of our new 300sqm Cleanroom Production Area in Renens. Opened in collaboration with GMV-Richard Mille, it is dedicated to the manufacture of quartz and other non-carbon fibre materials. It is exclusive to GMV-RM for horology, jewellery and writing instruments, but open to other clients for other applications that require a high level of contamination-free composites.

NTPT is an Industry Partner of a new EU-funded project to develop inter-disciplinary experts in fibre-hybrid composites.

We are looking for applicants for a research position, which will lead to a PhD.

This PhD project will develop pre-impregnated hybrid thin ply composites.

IDTechEx connects emerging technologies with major OEMs and brands, focusing on applications close to our heart such as electric cars and eVTOL aircraft where battery life, payload and range are critical design drivers.

Wayne will present the advantages of Thin Ply composites and the significant potential for transformative market effects in areas such as airframe structural design, bodywork, drivetrain and engine components.

Another successful JEC Composites Show under NTPT’s belt, with the Longest Drive Golf Challenge once again very popular with the more competitive visitors.
We had three winners in three days: Mark Greaney with a distance of 299.1 yards; Michael Enotiades (pictured) with 290.3 yards; and Sascha with 240 yards.
(However, rumour has it that Michael was determined to defend his number 1 spot from last year, and came back late in the day on Thursday to hit 306.7 yards!)
Congratulations – you have each won a TPT Golf shaft! And thank you to everyone who came along to have a go and chat to the NTPT team at the show.
