CHEVY/GMC 2500HD 3500 4.10 Front Differential
Is a front differential from my 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd pickup truck with only 69k miles on it. The truck was used at a adult care facility for general maintenance and plow a small low, but unfortunately the truck rotted away. This unit works great and the fluid was changed at regular intervals. I have the car fax report to verify the miles are accurate to the unit.
I believe this unit will fit any 1999 - 2010 full size GM truck with the 6.0 gas engine and the GT5 code in the glove box. The GT5 code means that it is a 4.10 ratio unit. All diesels had the 3.73 unit such as LB7, LLY, and LBZ so this will NOT work on those Duramax trucks. These units are typically very difficult to find for a reasonable price with low miles.
