DPF Cleaning Video Script
Assalamu Alaikum, I’m Mechanic Javid .
Today, we have three DPFs that needed cleaning. All three vehicles had a very low pickup problem.
We cleaned all three DPFs properly and then took the vehicles for a test drive. After the test drive, all three vehicles were running perfectly with good pickup.
My request to all my customers: if you have a BS6 diesel vehicle, take it on the highway or bypass for a regular drive. In suitable conditions, driving at higher RPM in 3rd or 4th gear can help the DPF regeneration process and reduce soot buildup.
Always follow the RPM, gear, and speed recommendations for your particular vehicle.

Today, a Maruti Swift came to me with a very serious black smoke problem. The EGR had already been cleaned, but the car was still producing a lot of black smoke.
Finally, I diagnosed the problem and cleaned the catalytic converter. I also replaced the Air Mass Sensor.
After the repair, the customer said the car was running perfectly and there was no more black smoke.

Today, I received a Mahindra Scorpio DPF for cleaning. The DPF was completely black and full of carbon buildup.
Finally, I cleaned the DPF properly, and after that, the vehicle was running perfectly fine. 🔧🚗
