Last week, MICCAR Aerial Ltd. celebrated 30 years of serving Saskatchewan.

What began as a small aerial application company has grown into a diverse aviation group, built on hard work, safety, strong relationships, and a commitment to serving our customers. Along the journey, we proudly established Good Spirit Air Service in 2006, expanded our AMO capabilities with the acquisition of Flin Flon Aircraft Maintenance, and have continued to invest in aviation, aerospace, and the communities we call home.

While much has changed over the past three decades, one thing has remained constant: the people.

To the farming community who placed their trust in us from the very beginning, thank you. Your support laid the foundation for everything that followed.

To our customers, suppliers, industry partners, and the dedicated employees—past and present—across MICCAR Aerial Ltd., Good Spirit Air Service, Flin Flon Aircraft Maintenance, thank you for being part of this incredible journey.

Thank you for 30 wonderful years. We are proud of what we have built together and look forward to continuing to serve our customers and communities with the same family values, integrity, and commitment that have guided us since day one.

A third generation carrying on a lasting tradition. 🌾✈️
What began as a family-owned aerial spraying business has grown into a multi-generational operation dedicated to supporting farmers across the region. This season, the third generation has stepped in as ground crew, following in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents.

Even though the MICCAR Group of Companies has expanded into many segments of aviation — including Aircraft Maintenance, Air Charter, and Aerospace Manufacturing — our Aerial Spray business still remains important to us and holds a special place in our history.

This season is a proud reminder that the values we started with — hard work and commitment to our farming partners — are being carried forward.

We want to thank our customers for their continued trust and wish them a safe and successful upcoming harvest.
