Won’t touch peptides because “they’re not FDA approved”…

But will live on ultra-processed food, sugar, fast food, energy drinks and v**e all day without thinking twice.

I’m not saying peptides are risk free. They’re not.

I’m saying actually educate yourself on risk vs reward instead of automatically believing “approved = healthy” and “not approved = dangerous.”

Do your research. Understand what you’re putting in your body. Make your own educated decisions. 🧬💪

One thing I’ve learned going deep into peptide research… the dose you see online isn’t always the dose that was actually studied.

Some human research has used doses WAY higher than the typical protocols you see passed around online.

That doesn’t mean higher automatically = better or that you should copy a clinical trial. Different studies use different populations, conditions, routes and goals. But it does show how much uncertainty still exists around a lot of these compounds.

So when somebody online acts like they know the one “perfect dose” for every peptide… I’m skeptical 😂

The research is still developing. Cost matters. Individual response matters. Start conservative, pay attention to how you respond, and understand what the actual human research says instead of blindly following a protocol somebody posted online.

Study the compounds. Study the actual trials. Don’t just study TikTok. 🧬
