We are a family-owned auto body shop seeking a dedicated and reliable Body Shop Helper to assist with detailing cars and preparing vehicles for repairs. If you're detail-oriented, hardworking, and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we'd love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

- Wash, detail, and clean vehicles (interior and exterior)
- Prepare vehicles for repair, including sanding, masking, and other prep work
- Assist technicians with tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ensure vehicles are ready for customers or the next stage of repair.

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Previous experience in auto detailing or vehicle prep is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently looking for a front desk receptionist to join our team!

Job Responsibilities Include:

- Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries

- Maintains safe and clean reception area

- Receive and sort mail and deliveries

- Taking payments from customers and issuing receipts

- Payroll

- Create customer files as new assignments are received and schedule estimate appointments

- Print sign-in/sign-out templates each week, validate staff sign-in and sign-out times

- Responsible for part/core returns and ensuring that credit is received

- Assist with visitor shuttle service and clerical errands, as necessary

- Work closely with MPI insurance claims

- Front-facing customer service is an asset.

- Dealership admin experience is an asset.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks)

- Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette.

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality

- Extremely dependable and punctual

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Data entry skills

- Ability to handle stress

- Broad understanding of automotive terminology

- Valid drivers license
